The Jayster offers a whole new take on the classic lakes-style outside chassis header. The unique four-into-one design offers an eye-catching addition to any roadster or highboy.

  1. Turnout Tip, Finned Block Off Plate, and other adapters are sold separately
  2. Adding PowerCaps to the Jayster is recommended for engines making decent horsepower or vehicles doing considerable highway driving! Please review the “Why use PowerCaps?” tab for additional information.
  3. Available with or without the under-chassis exhaust connection
  4. Flange options are available for either standard port flange or larger port Cobra Jet and Super Cobra Jet heads.
  5. The dimensions provided are for standard (typical) applications. For wider frames/bodies, such as 40s pickups, please CALL US for assistance. We can adjust the dimensions to fit virtually any chassis/body width (extra charges may apply).

The FF463 is a compact header with a short hang-down length for superior ground clearance. The rear collector angles inward slightly for ease in connecting the under-chassis exhaust piping to complete the system. The FF463 can be useful in other applications in addition to those listed above. Please compare the images and dimensions for compatibility.

The FF461 may fit a variety of other applications. For example, we know it fits the 1986 E350 4×4 vans.
