The CC11-158 is a swept-back, short header that fits Chevy and GMC pickups from 1960-1966 and 1987-1999 using a BluePrint engine and also allows clearance for Flaming River rack and pinion setups in 1955-57 Chevy cars using the BluePrint engine. The CC11-158 fits straight plug cylinder heads ONLY!

Includes all hardware necessary for installation.
