The C6 is a large tube, full-length header set specifically created for 396-502 big block Chevy engines in 1955-66 Chevrolet and GMC pickups. The C6 works with stock or modified steering, including most rack and pinion swaps. It has excellent spark plug and accessory clearance, including aftermarket air conditioning setups.

NOTE: If lowering the engine in the chassis, carefully measure to ensure the headers maintain adequate side clearance between the frame rails.

Includes all hardware necessary for installation.

The BB8 header set fits big block Chevrolet engines in 1967-1987 Chevy and GMC pickups and 1967-1991 Suburban. The BB8 clears all stock steering and chassis components. If you are changing the location of the motor in the chassis, be sure to check the dimensions provided to ensure the BB8 header will fit the application.

LMC #34-0304 frame mounts recommended

NOTE: Applications using the GM TH400 transmission require a dimple in the passenger-side header collector or trimming of the bolt boss for converter cover mounting. Please specify the transmission when ordering.
