The QP2000 provides excellent steering clearance, even for 1955-1957 Chevrolet applications using the Saginaw 605 power steering box.

Sanderson’s Cast Series header incorporates individual runners to separate exhaust pulses, with cast-in anti-reversion baffling to prevent spent gases from being drawn back into the cylinder during valve timing overlap (when both intake and exhaust valves are open). D-Shaped technology, first used by GM on their HO (High Output) cylinder heads, significantly improves cylinder scavenging. The result is an exhaust header that improves torque and power at every RPM range.

NOTE: The QP2000 is compatible with factory Z-bar, manual transmission applications if the rear pivot ball mounting location is used (see image). Otherwise, a hydraulic clutch conversion is required.

Comes with all hardware necessary for installation.

  • Not compatible with BluePrint cylinder heads. (BluePrint heads are based on GM Vortec plug locations)
