We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All Personal Checks, Money Orders, and Cashier’s Checks**<\/strong><\/span> will be held for seven (7) business days to allow adequate time for them to clear your financial institution.<\/p>

For products damaged in transit, please follow these steps:<\/p>

  1. Save all of the packing material and the damaged carton or shipping container.<\/li>
  2. Take pictures of the damaged packaging and item(s).<\/li>
  3. Do not remove damaged merchandise from your delivery address.<\/li>
  4. For UPS shipments, call UPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 742-5877 immediately. A representative may come to your location to inspect the package. If you are unable to contact UPS please call us for assistance.<\/li>
  5. For USPS shipments, call 1 (800) 275-8777 immediately.<\/li>
  6. After the inspection has been completed by a representative from the carrier, the merchandise must be returned to us along with your request for exchange, credit or refund. Indicate the type of action you wish us take and enclose a copy of your invoice, returning it to us along with the merchandise.<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Merchandise returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a return authorization number provided by one of our customer service staff. Returned shipments must use the original packaging (unless damaged in transit) and items repackaged properly. Damage to returned items due to poor packaging will be charged to the customer. Headers should be returned in original condition. Headers that are scratched, dented, painted, modified, or damaged in any way will not be accepted. All returns must be accompanied with the original proof of purchase invoice.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Any product not listed as a standard production part number, modified in any way to the customer’s specification, or considered a special ordered product will require a 100% deposit in advance. The deposit is nonrefundable, even if the order is cancelled.<\/p>

    We normally use UPS for cartons of 70 lbs. or less. UPS 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next Day overnight services are available at an extra cost. Heavy freight will be shipped via truck lines.
