The C33DP header set is a full-length, 1-3/4″ primary tube design for small block Chevrolet engine applications using D-port, angle plug cylinder heads. The C33DP is manufactured with a D-port flange for GM ZZ4, ZZ6, and LT-1 cylinder heads and fits various street rod applications. There is ample spark plug clearance, and the header is compatible with original equipment and stock-style steering gearboxes, Vega, and most rack-and-pinion setups (if the steering shaft hugs the frame rail). Will fit most starters and transmissions except the cast iron Powerglide. Please review the “What is a D-Port” information tab.
- Designed with raised primary tubes to fit D-port, angle plug cylinder heads (GM ZZ4, ZZ6, 1990’s LT-1, etc).
- Pre-’68 engines must use a spin-off oil filter adapter and filter.
- For maximum clearance, 1968 and newer engines should use the AC PF12, PF25, or compatible short-style oil filter.
- Available for straight plug cylinder heads, part number C33
- A smaller 1-5/8″ C32DP primary tube version is also available
Includes all hardware necessary for installation.
